Captain Morgan Original Root Beer Float Plankers

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 oz. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 packets gelatin powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Glassware:Shot Glass

  1. In a small saucepan, combine root beer, vanilla extract and gelatin and let sit for one minute
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, whisk occasionally until ingredients are fully dissolved
  3. Turn heat off and whisk in Captain Morgan
  4. Pour into shot molds

Place molds in the freezer to cool and solidify

When ready to serve, remove shots from freezer and top with whipped cream.
