INGREDIENTS

1 ounce Irish whiskey
1 ounce honey liqueur
1 ounce orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 ounce simple syrup
2 dashes bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the Irish whiskey, honey liquor, orange juice, simple syrup and bitters into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
2. Double-strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
